General Notes

Booking has necessarily to be done via email stating the number of people and their personal information, including time of stay at Casa Rosa.
You are asked to respect the other guests and vice versa, observing the hours of silence from 2,00 p.m. until 4,00 p.m. in the afternoon and after 10,30 p.m. at night until 9,00 a.m. in the morning.

Guest arrivals are foreseen every day from 4,00 p.m. to 8,00 p.m..
In case of any difficulties regarding the times, we ask to kindly communicate them by calling as soon as possible to the phone numbers indicated on the e-mail link, in order to give you the best welcoming ever.
The owner of Casa Rosa, or the person in charge, will welcome you and give you the keys of the room, showing all the services and the areas around. The rooms will be clean, fresh and in perfect order. The guests on arrival must show their documents as well as they're indicated in the booking e-mail, in order to register correclty all the people to the competent authorities as the law requires.

The owner reserves his right to access to any leased lodge in order to undertake essential maintenance works.

The owner has the right to accept or refuse the lodging if the guest has not confirmed or if there are queries about the confimation or in case the guest hasn't got his document: ID card, passaport etc. Therefore there will be loss of deposit or payment of a caution money. If during their stay there is a change of person or our rules are not respected; if bad or impolite behaviours are ascertained, the owner has the right to send the guests away and has also the right to keep the sum of money already payed. As well as a compensation for any damages caused by the guests will be required.

-On the day of leaving, the room must be left before 10,00 in the morning, in orther to let the the room be cleaned for the next guest. If you think not to be able to respect these time, you are kindly asked to make a specific request to the owner.

- Once the booking is confirmed, the cost of the stay will not be changed. In case of a late arrival (days) there will not be any refund.

-Any damages caused by the guests will be payed by them.

-The swimming pool can be used by the guest but there is not a lifeguard, so the guests are responsible for themselves and their children. Therefore we disclaim any responsability for any accident. The pool is open from 1st May to 30th September: opening hours from 10,00 am to 12,30 p.m. and from 2,00 pm to 6,30 pm.

-The room towels must not be used for the swimming pool. You are asked to use your own beach towels.

-It is forbidden to eat, play or swim in the pool when there is the robot which is used to clean the area.

-The flats with kitchens are cleaned every fourth day. The rooms without kitchen are cleaned every day. Other service with price list are given on request.

- We of The staff of Casa Rosa are happy if you make new friends either in or out of the structure, but please remember that your new friends cannot stay without informing the owner or the person in charge.

-The guest must abide on the recycling of rubbish. The baskets in the grounds are for small pieces of rubbish and to keep the garden clean.

-Please remember to leave the flats/rooms tidy. A penality will be paid if they are left in very dirty conditions; 20,00 euro for rooms and 60,00 for flats.
I is a motivation to leave everything in order and plates washed and put away.

Payment Taxes and Services

- Cash payment on arrival in the structure.
For 3 nights and more a deposit is required.
After booking, you will be contacted by the management.
The deposit payment can be done by Bank transfer/mail trasfer or postpay. Once this has been done, you are asked to send us by mail a copy of it together with a copy of your booking form.

- The down payment must be paid within 2 days of confirmation of booking, otherwise it will be thought cancelled. Following you will recieve an email after payment with plus information on getting to destination and telephone numbers in case of nessecity.

Cancellation charge

In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival the whole deposit will be given back. If cancelation is done 15 days before arrival, only the 50%.
For cancellations after 15 days before arrival no refund will be paid.
In case of any modifications or delays regarding booking, that have already been confirmed both by the structer and by the guest, but the later has got a problem, the owner will have the last word. However it's our desire to satisfy the guest by mutual agreement and, when it's possible, with no extra charge
