Conditions
- Arrival at 4pm-8pm in the afternoon, evening.
- Departure at 8am-10am in the morning.
- Any arrivals or departures outside the pre-programmed times must be notified well in advance to the staff of CasaRosa.
- On request pets are admitted outside the room of abode (free);
- Free private parking;
- Free luggage storage;
- Free Wi-Fi;
- All rooms are provided with T.V. satellite and conditioned air; some of them with self service kitchen forniture and a terrace.
- Heating is added if required and it's an extra cost.
- Shuttle bus is free, from the airport of S. Egidio or from bus terminal, if you have booked for at least 7 nights. Otherwise service is on payment of an additional fee.
- What Casa Rosa has to offer: a private chapel, that can be used for personal or group religious cerimonies; an English garden; a fruit orchard; a barbacue area and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, that can be used if our guest has booked at least 7 nights. The swimming pool can be used following internal rules.
- Payments: Cash on arrival at Casa Rosa. For stays of 3 nights or more, it is required a deposit; after having booked, we will contact you to give further information.
